The graduation exhibition is a 2 hour event. It happens in front of the MC2 community, during the school day. It is scheduled by the director with parents once the student’s portfolio is completed.

Preparation
The competent portfolio is photocopied, and exhibition panelist packets are created. They include: Student’s Portfolio, Exhibition assessment checklist, letter of explanation from the school, and an introduction letter from the student

At least one week before, packets are mailed to the exhibition panel. The panel includes: MRHS Principal, MRHS Director of Guidance, MC2 faculty, MC2 director, 4 outside panelists, the student’s parents, and a student advocate.

The MC2 community room is reserved and set up - the student presents in front of the projection screen, with tables available for artifacts. Tables are set up for the panel, facing the presenter. The student body sits facing the presenter, behind the exhibition panel. There is at least one video camera set up to get everything.

The exhibition panel is provided assessment checklists, pencils and water. They should be reminded to bring their copies of the student’s portfolio with them.

The whole faculty sits on the exhibition panel - tutors sit with students. Tutors supervise the students during the deliberation of the exhibition panel.
